My aim is to collaborate with clients to contact the present moment, open up, and do what matters. Through a person-centered, intersectional feminist lens, I support clients in clarifying their values and processing their stories. Whether your goal is to navigate a life transition, examine the impact of depression and anxiety, or alleviating the influence of post-traumatic stress, I strive to create a compassionate space to work together. My practice is eclectic, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness practice. Outside of counseling I am an art enthusiast, certified yoga teacher, and lover of the great outdoors.
