Becca Savarino, LPC

Hello! I’m Becca, a licensed counselor with a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from Kent State University.

I strive to hold a supportive space for you to freely express your authentic self. Together, we’ll work to process thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and develop skills to cope with your unique life challenges and achieve your goals. While I work with individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, I specifically enjoy helping adolescents and emerging adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, identity, and relationship challenges.

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness techniques within a person-centered therapeutic relationship, in order meet your unique needs. As a registered yoga teacher, I am also able to incorporate that into counseling for interested clients. Whether you’re looking for in-office, telehealth, or walk-and-talk therapy, I would be honored to join with you as a guide on your journey.

Outside of my professional role, I love stay physically active and spend time outside, hang out with friends and family, listen to music, and go to different coffee shops.
