I'm Lauren, a multifaceted trauma-informed massage therapist. I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for 11 years, and I use highly specialized and focused techniques to increase range of motion and reduce chronic pain for both athletes and desk workers. My favorite modalities include Neuromuscular (Trigger Point) Therapy, Sports Massage, and Cupping. What I love most about my practice is seeing the notable differences in my clients' posture, the way they move, and the loving relationship they build with themselves over time through regular massage therapy. I strive to create a safe and sacred space for all my clients and am committed to being a body-positive and LGBTQ-inclusive provider.

I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Kent State, and my passion for health education and anatomy is evident in my sessions. In 2013, I completed an internship in Herbal Medicine at Herb Pharm, fueling my passion for the use of botanicals for health. I genuinely believe everyone deserves access to holistic health. Recently, I started working on a side project called "Wanda the Wellness Bus" to achieve my goal of accessibility through community care and offering sliding scale rates when appropriate.
