I’m Berkeley, a licensed professional counselor dedicated to supporting my clients on their unique paths to healing and self-discovery. I draw from various modalities, including mindfulness techniques, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and trauma-informed care, to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered.

In my free time I enjoy reading, art and music, playing the occasional video game, and spending time outside.
