Hi! I'm Dominica. As a therapist, my mission is more than just offering treatment, but building a genuine connection, where you feel safe, seen and heard.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, relationship patterns, and the complexities of life. My approach is warm, collaborative and straightforward, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. Together, we’ll explore both what’s happening and why, and build emotional resilience so you can start to respond to life with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I practice from a person-centered, trauma-informed lens, pulling from an eclectic group of evidence based modalities, including EMDR, DBT, and CBT. I will meet you where you are, while gently challenging the patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back.
