I'm Natalie, a licensed independent social worker with a Master's in Social Work from Case Western University. I'm deeply passionate about integrating Animal Assisted Interventions and sustainability into my practice.

My journey in therapy includes obtaining a basic training certificate in EMDR from the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. Specializing in attachment-based EMDR and Flash techniques, I'm dedicated to helping my clients heal from trauma and embark on a journey of transformational wellness.

I often use video game therapy to assist clients with building executive functioning skills and developing a sense of connection on their journey through healing and post-traumatic growth. I am certified in Integrative Mental Health and am able to help clients develop strategies for maintaining physical and nutritional wellness.
