Hi, I’m Tricia!

I specialize in working with individuals that have experienced any type of trauma or experiencing symptoms related to anxiety and depression.

My toolbox for working with clients includes: EMDR, FLASH, TF/CBT, and approaches/skills from Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am also Child-Parent Psychotherapy trained, and love working with parents to hold space for themselves and their own history while balancing family life.

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to process and find hope.

I have done work in residential spaces offering milieu therapy, community violence/violence prevention, understanding neural biology and its connection to mental health, substance use, and sexual assault prevention.
